eLogic Alchemy was a new learning management system designed to integrate directly with the eLogic Genesis childcare provider platform. The LMS enabled childcare providers to complete mandatory training, upload certifications, track course progress, and meet state compliance requirements.

Across three distinct ServiceNow projects, I contributed to hands-on implementation, configuration, documentation, and solution design within the ServiceNow platform. My work focused on improving operational efficiency, building structured workflows, and enhancing communication across technical and business teams. These projects collectively strengthened my ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, document system behavior, support testing, and create clear end-user and admin-facing guides.

This project involved gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for the Childcare Provider Portal within the eLogic Genesis platform. I collaborated with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to define functionality across credentialing, pricing, service programs, and provider management.
